Professional Services Team

The Professional Services team is responsible for the planning and delivery of all infrastructure projects and installations.  After project acceptance from the customer the Project Manager will create a full project plan and present to the customer for sign-off.  The Professional Services team will take the project plan from inception all the way through to completion, communicating regularly the progress of the project to the customer along the way.  Examples of projects recently undertaken by the Professional Services team are Microsoft Office 365 migrations, Server installation and migration, VoIP telephony rollout and Firewall configuration and rollout.
