In 2010, after working as an IT Administrator for 9 years, Greg founded Dufeu IT. He has helped grow the business to become a recognised name throughout the UK IT industry and within the Northamptonshire small business community.
Greg is an active member of the Computer Trade Industry Association (CompTIA) and has spoken at their UK Channel Community meetings.
Greg works across all areas of the business including occasionally getting involved in the technical side, however his key roles are focused around business development and key account management.
Callum is responsible for the management and development of our entire service department. Focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers, Callum manages the day to day influx of service tickets, and makes sure that our technicians have everything they need to complete tickets on time, to a high standard and within our SLA’s.
He has a keen interest in operations and dedicates some of his time to internal business development which includes researching and testing new technologies that could help us provide a better service to our customers.
Neil is a senior technician and IT service manager. On an average day he will be responsible for looking after the IT service team, project managing installations, and working on 2nd and 3rd line support tickets.
Neil has a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of IT and is Microsoft, CompTIA and VMWare certified. After being with the company for over 5 years he is one of our longest serving members of the team, respected by his peers and customers alike he is a great asset to the business.
Chris joined the business in October 2015 after working in business development in the US for over 6 years. Chris’ role is extremely varied, working with both customers and suppliers some of his responsibilities include delivering new business, managing strategic technology partnerships, customer relationship management, PR and marketing.
Chris’ objective over the next few years is to focus on business growth which will include building a team around him that can deliver the best possible service and solutions to our customers.
