Covid-19 Update
As we continue into our third week of lockdown we would like to keep you informed regarding Dufeu’s service operation and remind you of our commitment to supporting businesses at this time.
Technology is more important now than ever and here at Dufeu we are dedicated to maintaining our client’s IT infrastructure, and now that we have set-up most individuals remotely; supporting them to ensure they can work securely and effectively.
The government has stated we as a country will be in lockdown until at least 14/04. This will then be reviewed and could possibly be extended for a longer period. In light of this, it is our top priority to keep you updated whilst we navigate this together.
The below outlines the steps we have taken/are taking to provide the same high levels of service whilst protecting our team, customers, vendors and anyone else we come into contact with.
Remote working
The majority of the Dufeu team (The service team, Finance, Sales and Operations) have been working from home for the last 3 weeks and will continue to do so whilst the lockdown is in place. Rest-assured this hasn’t in any way affected the quality of our service, we have always been able to support our clients remotely and the only difference is the location in which we provide support from. You can still call/email as usual.
As mentioned, a lot of our clients are now set-up to work from home but for those that are still working onsite and would like to transition to remote working we are happy to help.
Onsite visits
To protect our staff and clients, onsite visits are only taking place under the following circumstances:
- If there is a business-critical issue that we are unable to resolve remotely.
- If we are delivering equipment. In this instance we will follow social distancing guidelines.
Our office
Although the Dufeu office is still open, this is mainly for deliveries and not for external visitors. Our staff have access to all the systems/tools needed and can communicate via phone/email. Meetings can be held online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Please stay safe and be assured that we will continue to support you and your business to the best of our abilities. We will be monitoring government advice and keep you up to date with any changes to the way we operate. We would encourage all our customers to keep-in-touch at this difficult time.
